Frequently asked questions
How does day-based pricing work?+
1 credit = 1 product monitored for 1 day across every store on your list. The base rate is $5 per month of monitoring; bigger bundles cost less per day, and a full year is $50. If you monitor 3 products at once, a day uses 3 credits.
Do my days expire?+
Never. Credits sit on your account until they’re used. Pause a product anytime to stop spending, and resume whenever you like.
What do I get for free?+
Every new account starts with 10 free days of monitoring — enough to watch one product for 10 days, or a few products for several days. No credit card required.
Is this a subscription?+
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment through Stripe. Nothing renews, nothing charges you automatically — you top up only when you want to.
Why is a single day $0.50 instead of ~$0.17?+
$5 ÷ 30 days is about 17¢, but payment networks have a minimum charge of $0.50 — the 1-day tier sits at that floor. Bundles are where the per-day price drops to the true rate and below.
What happens when I run out?+
Monitoring pauses gracefully — nothing is deleted. Your products, price history, and settings all resume the moment you add more days.
